I love coming here! I needed to get back into shape after having a baby, and this gym has been a savior! The class times are super convenient and there’s a good variety of strength training and conditioning in every workout. I have a personal training session once a week with Meg who is awesome, and the rest of the week I attend the classes. It’s so much fun, everyone is so nice and welcoming, the coaches are great, and it’s a really great gym set up too! Plenty of equipment and space. You’ll love it!

They tailored a diet that perfectly complements my workout plan and caters to my individual requirements.
